What we do not collect
This site does not collect any sensitive data (health data, political opinions, religion, ethnic origin, etc.). No payment data is processed through this site.

4. Retention periods

Upon expiry of these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
5. Recipients of data
Your personal data is processed exclusively by Marc Peysale for the purposes described above. It is not transferred to any third party for commercial purposes.
For the strict purposes of operating the site, data may be accessible to the following technical service providers, acting as data processors:
- Website hosting provider: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL – for hosting of technical data
- Contact form processing service: custom-built service, hosted in France
These providers are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data in accordance with the GDPR. No data transfer outside the European Union takes place.
