Via the contact form

When you use the contact form on the site, the following data is collected:

  • First and last name (required) – to identify you and personalise the response
  • Email address (required) – to reply to you
  • Phone number (optional) – to contact you if necessary
  • Requested service type (required) – to process your enquiry
  • Event date (optional) – to check availability
  • Project description and estimated budget (required/optional) – to prepare a quote

Technical browsing data

During your visit, technical data may be recorded by the hosting server (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of connection). This data is collected automatically for security and traffic statistics purposes, without personal identification of visitors.

What we do not collect

This site does not collect any sensitive data (health data, political opinions, religion, ethnic origin, etc.). No payment data is processed through this site.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

The data collected is processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your contact and quote requests
    Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR, art. 6(1)(b))
  • Preparing and sending a personalised quote
    Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (GDPR, art. 6(1)(b))
  • Client relationship management (project follow-up, invoicing)
    Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR, art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c))
  • Site security and abuse prevention
    Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR, art. 6(1)(f))

Your data is never used for commercial prospecting without your prior and explicit consent.

4. Retention periods

  • Contact requests with no commercial follow-up: deleted within 3 years from the date of last contact
  • Data related to a contract (accepted quotes, invoices): retained for 10 years in accordance with French accounting and tax obligations
  • Technical browsing data: retained for a maximum of 13 months by the hosting provider

Upon expiry of these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

5. Recipients of data

Your personal data is processed exclusively by Marc Peysale for the purposes described above. It is not transferred to any third party for commercial purposes.

For the strict purposes of operating the site, data may be accessible to the following technical service providers, acting as data processors:

  • Website hosting provider: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL – for hosting of technical data
  • Contact form processing service: custom-built service, hosted in France

These providers are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data in accordance with the GDPR. No data transfer outside the European Union takes place.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access (art. 15 GDPR): to obtain confirmation that data concerning you is being processed, and to receive a copy
  • Right to rectification (art. 16 GDPR): to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected

7. Data security

Marc Peysale implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, accidental destruction or disclosure. Communications between your browser and the site are encrypted via the HTTPS protocol.

In the event of a data breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, you will be informed as soon as possible in accordance with article 34 of the GDPR.

8. Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. No third-party cookies (Google Analytics, social networks, etc.) are placed on your device when visiting the site.

Only cookies strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site (for example, session management for form security) may be used. These cookies do not require your consent in accordance with article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
