Contact meI am based in Bordeaux and work throughout France. Travel within the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region is included in my rates. For events further away, transport and accommodation costs are specified in the quote.
For a photo shoot, I generally deliver within 7 to 14 business days. For a video edit, allow 2 to 4 weeks depending on the film length. A precise deadline is stated in your quote.
Photos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG (RAW available on request). Videos are delivered in MP4 optimised for the web, social media or screen display. All files are accessible via a secure private online gallery.
A 30% deposit is required upon signing the quote to confirm the booking. The balance is due upon delivery of the files. I accept bank transfers and cheques for private clients.
If cancelled more than 30 days before the event, the deposit is fully refunded. Between 15 and 30 days, 50% of the deposit is retained. Less than 15 days before the event, the full deposit is forfeited. These terms are specified in the signed contract.
Yes. Usage rights for your internal materials (website, social media, print) are included in all packages. For broad advertising distribution or extended long-term usage, specific rights can be negotiated.
